* The waterproof feature is achieved through heat lamination, providing durability and water resistance. However, I advise against washing items with these stickers in a dishwasher, as it can damage them. Prolonged exposure to water should also be avoided, as it may compromise the paper beneath the lamination, especially at the exposed edges, which could also damage the sticker.

HOW TO ORDER

Fill it with your order list, export it to PDF*, and attach it to your email.* Go the File > Download > PDF. Please, export the entire workbook, so all pages are included.2. WAIT FOR QUOTE
You will receive a quote for your order and payment instructions (and delivery instructions, if needed), within 48h (business days).3. SEND FILES & PAYMENT
To proceed with your order, please share the files in a Google Drive folder or through WeTransfer and include the link in your email answer. Additionally, complete the payment and attach the receipt. Kindly finalize these steps within 24 hours to avoid any delays in your order.4. WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION
Your order will begin processing upon confirmation of payment and receipt of files matching your order. You will receive an email confirmation once this step is completed.

PRODUCTION TIMES

A minimum of 10 business days is required for production from the date of order confirmation. Please understand that production times may vary based on the complexity of your order and the current workload queue.If you have a specific deadline or event date in mind, please inform me when placing your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate your needs whenever possible. However, please note that requesting a shorter production time may result in an urgency fee of 5€ + 30% order cost fee. For these cases, the minimum production time will vary depending on the complexity of your order.

ABOUT DELIVERIES

Deliveries will be done through Mail Transport (CTT).It is recommended to choose registered mail. If you opt for standard mail, I cannot be held responsible for any lost orders.Mail deliveries take between 1 to 10 business days, depending on the type of mail and destination (check the “Shipping time and costs” section for more detailed information). Please plan ahead when placing your order to ensure it arrives within your desired timeframe.In some cases, hand-delivery may be possible at conventions or markets at Wishy Sawakura’s booth. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for hand-delivery, in Porto, Portugal, at the following spots:

✦ These services are primarily designed for independent artists within Portugal and the European Union who seek to produce merchandise locally and at a reasonable cost with small to medium Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).Please note that while individual orders typically have shorter turnaround times, requests from small organizations or events may require additional time for processing and production. If the request pertains to a small organization or event, please don't hesitate to contact me directly via email.✦ The designs submitted must be either created by the individual submitting them or have explicit permission from the original artist/designer for their use. If this requirement is not met, I reserve the right to decline the order request.✦ If payment and files are not submitted within 24 hours of receiving the quote, the dispatch date will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally, delays in client responses regarding orders may also impact the dispatch date.

Printing Policies

✦ I cannot assume responsibility for printing errors caused by the client not following the file submission guidelines. ✦ HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Points are earned for every €25 spent in a single order.
Please note that points are not cumulative across multiple orders.
Urgency fees and Shipping costs are not included in this value.✦ WHAT IF I LOSE MY CARD?
If your loyalty card is lost, contact me to request a replacement card.
The replacement card will be issued with your name, client number and the original issue date, along with your current points.
However, you don't need the physical card to redeem your discount, since there's a digital track of each client and their earned Loyalty Points on our side.
NOTE: The first replacement is complimentary, subsequent replacements will incur a 5€ fee.✦ CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE ONLINE?
